If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll review the issue.
To help us process your request, please include:

- photos or video of the issue
- a short description of the problem
Please note:
- Return and refund requests are reviewed case by case.
- We do not guarantee refunds for buyer’s remorse or delays caused by carriers once the order is in transit.
- Items must not be intentionally damaged or misused.
If your request is approved, we may offer:
- a replacement
- store credit
- or a refund, depending on the situation
